The first thing that must be decided concerning your webcast is where it will take place and whether that location is suitable in terms of available bandwidth. Most corporate webcasts originate from and remain confined to the company's local area network. The implementation of your webcast takes place over two days. The day prior to your event a production team will set up and test lighting, audio, cameras and make sure that the network connection is up and the delivery network can see and hear a test stream. Another full test will take place 2 hours before the event to confirm nothing has changed.

After your event the video will be combined with the Powerpoint slides and posted for on demand viewing.
